The Slow Edit
There's a way of living that doesn't have a clean name yet. Knowing which plants grow along your coastline. Making things from scratch not because it's trendy but because it's better. Eating food that was grown somewhere real, using soap that was made by someone's hands, and understanding — slowly, over years — that the quality of what you put in and on your body shapes the quality of everything else.
This is where I write about that life. Foraging along the Wicklow coast. Drying herbs. Making salves and tinctures. Food, nutrition, the mindset behind it all. The world that exists behind MAMO — and an invitation to build one like it, wherever you are.
Pull up a chair. This one's not going anywhere fast.
