Refund policy

Delivery

Orders are processed within 1–2 working days and dispatched via An Post. Orders placed on Fridays are processed the following Monday, or the next working day if Monday falls on a public holiday.

Delivery within the Republic of Ireland typically takes 1–3 working days. All orders are tracked.

Delivery rate: €5.90 for orders up to 10kg within ROI.

International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes. These are the responsibility of the customer.


If Your Order Hasn't Arrived

Before getting in touch, it is worth checking a few things first — confirm the delivery address on your shipping confirmation is correct, check with your local post office for any held packages, and ask a neighbour in case it was left with them.

If everything checks out and your order still hasn't arrived, email mamo@mamolife.ie with your order number and we will look into it straight away.


Returns & Refunds

If something is not right, get in touch and we will sort it.

You have 14 days from receipt to request a return. Items must be unused, in their original condition and packaging. Email mamo@mamolife.ie with your order number to start the process. Once your return is accepted, items must be posted back within 7 days.

Return postage is the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect — in which case, get in touch and we will make it right.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the returned item is received. Original delivery charges are non-refundable.

We are unable to accept returns on sale items or personalised and custom orders.


Damaged Items

Please inspect your order on arrival. If anything is damaged, notify us within 7 days at mamo@mamolife.ie and return the item in its original packaging. We will arrange a refund or replacement.


Order Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled before dispatch. If your order has already shipped, it cannot be cancelled. Email mamo@mamolife.ie as soon as possible if you need to cancel.


Exchanges

If you would prefer a replacement for a damaged item, let us know when you get in touch. Exchanges follow the same 14-day window from receipt.


Lost or Stolen Packages

If you suspect your package has been lost in transit, email mamo@mamolife.ie. We are not responsible for packages lost or stolen after confirmed delivery.
